BaytiChef expects customers, chefs, and operators to follow applicable payment, consumer, food-safety, and data-handling requirements for the markets where the service is offered.
Operational Standards
- Chefs are responsible for meeting the food preparation, hygiene, storage, packaging, labeling, allergen, permit, tax, and fulfillment standards required in their market.
- Chefs must not publish meals or accept orders unless they can lawfully prepare and supply those meals and comply with all applicable food-service obligations.
- Platform users must avoid fraudulent payments, false listings, abusive behavior, and misuse of customer or chef data.
- BaytiChef may review accounts, listings, chef applications, payouts, documents, and transactions to support trust, safety, payment compliance, legal response, and regulatory response.
- BaytiChef may suspend, restrict, remove, refund, withhold payout, or escalate activity that creates food-safety, fraud, legal, payment, customer, or marketplace risk.
